WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?
1. TRAIN FUTURE LEADERS IN YOUR CHURCH FROM THURSDAY – SATURDAY, USING THE “3×3 PROGRAM.”
In historic Germany, only a master craftsman could train an apprentice. To become a master, he had to demonstrate that he was an expert craftsman and businessman. The THS apprenticeship is a three-year long process where you, a “master pastor,” train a future leader based on your ministry expertise. During this period, our staff assists your church or organization in bringing your student-apprentice to proficiency in 9 specific areas of character, ministry skills, and multiplication practices.
2. FROM MONDAY – WEDNESDAY, YOUR STUDENT-APPRENTICE WILL STUDY B.A. level THEOLOGY WITH OUR THS ACADEMY INSTRUCTORS.
Theology and practical training go together. We work with pastors, theologians, and business men and women to create a “start-up” atmosphere. The THS Academy is always in close proximity to where your church or organization is located. By doing this, student-apprentices remain in their church context and relational network, while studying at the same time.
3. AFTER 3 YEARS, PLANT A NEW CHURCH OR ENLARGE YOUR STAFF.
You have a plan from God for what your church or organization should do. During the 3 years of apprenticeship, you will get to know your student-apprentice very well, and he or she will become well-acquainted with your organization as well. There is no better opportunity to start something new than calling your student-apprentice to join your staff, while you and your fellow “master leaders” begin training new student-apprentices.
