All applicants for THS. Academy are required to possess a high school graduate diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED) as well as a personal confession of faith in, and submission to Jesus Christ.
- Applicants can register online starting with the “Apply” button on the top right-hand corner of our website. Applicants will be prompted to provide their email address in order to receive further information and finish the registration process.
- Some applicants may qualify for one of our scholarships. Click the button "Contact Us" and then "Are You Ready?" to access the scholarship application form or click here. Our team will review scholarship applications and be in contact within two weeks to proceed with next steps.
- Once the registration fee has been paid for in full and the prospective student has been admitted to THS Academy, the student will be given access to the student dashboard. Depending on the modules chosen, students will be activated for the upcoming courses.
- Upon admission, students will be responsible for finding a placement church. Although it is the responsibility of the student to secure a placement church for themselves, we will work with you to support you in this process if concerns or difficulties arise.

At THS we have a rolling enrolment for our training This means you can begin at the start of any new trimester. January, May, and September are the start of new trimesters. As soon as you are enrolled, your apprenticeship will begin at your Placement Church. We communicate with your Placement Church and facilitate their involvement.
If you have signed up for the Pastoral Leadership program, tuition costs are $500.00 a month. The books are included in our online library. Many time your local church will split the tuition because of your apprenticeship work. If you book single courses, you pay $150.00 per credit hour.

Classes take place through a live, virtual learning platform from Monday to Wednesday 8am-1pm (PST). Students must have access to a strong internet connection and a distraction-free environment in order to attend class.

As a graduate of THS. Academy, you will possess a Certified Bachelor of Theology in Pastoral Leadership (B.T.). Depending on the quality of your graduation thesis, you may qualify for attendance in post-graduate universities and programs.
No, the flexibility of our program content allows our graduates to not only become head pastors of their own congregations, but also work as ministry leaders, become missionaries, or secure jobs in Christian organizations.
Currently, we are in the process of developing self-paced options for a number of our courses, to provide more flexibility to students.
The Washington Student Achievement Council has determined that THS Academy for Pastoral Leadership qualifies for religious exempt status from the Degree Granting Institutions Act for the following program: Bachelor of Theology in Pastoral Leadership (B.T.). The Council makes no evaluation of the administration, faculty, business practices, financial condition or quality of the offerings by this institution. Upon admission, each student secures a Supervisor from their Placement Church that supports them in their apprenticeship and performs evaluations on their progress. THS. Academy equips Supervisors with all the necessary information they need in order for their apprentice to be successful.
Ordination as a pastor or pastoral leader can only be administered by each students’ respective denomination. Refer to your Placement Church for this information.
