As Christians the fire burning in our hearts for Jesus needs to be continually stoked. That's why this is "THE" Christian Bible-based Podcast for hungry believers who are ready to engage deeply with Scripture, apply truth to every corner of the heart, and be encouraged to serve the Lord in all seasons. Our goal is to not only keep that flame alive but to make it burn even brighter!
In each episode, we discuss the main ideas of certain bible passages, usually in step with Rev. Palmer’s preaching at the Adopted Church of Spokane, WA.

Rev. Palmer
After graduating from college, he joined the United States Army as a Field Artillery officer. He served 5 years, including a 15 month deployment to Iraq, and was promoted to Captain. Upon entering into the civilian world, Rev. Palmer became a pastor. He is known for his small church orientation, vibrant preaching, and longtime service among the homeless of Spokane. He believes in serving the Lord Jesus with a whole heart, for his whole life. He is married to beautiful Cori, and has 5 children.
Miss Billie
Miss Billie is a lifelong Believer. She grew up all over the United States as the daughter of a Dutch immigrant, who was a missionary and a church planter. She cut her teeth on the West Coast, and lived as a young married for nearly a decade in Anchorage, Alaska. She and her husband, Bruce, settled down in Spokane, Washington, where they still live today. She is the proud mother of 23 children, with 49 grandchildren and counting. She is passionate about serving the Lord, and brings her unique insight and voice to the Burning Hearts podcast.
