According to a recent survey conducted in the U.S. and Germany involving more than 1,000 pastors, only 36% of participants reported that they felt prepared for ministry after graduating from their Bible school. Meanwhile, at THS. Academy, 87% of our students feel ready to step into the field.

THS. is a school that was created by the church and for the church. Primarily, our heart is to equip local congregations with the training their members need in order to take their place as the next pastoral and ministry leaders.

As a pastor, you face so many obligations and responsibilities. You can’t do it alone, but who can you trust to delegate the work to? Can you really trust someone to follow through, or will you end up re-doing all the work yourself?

As pastors and ministry leaders, we know your plate is not only full, but usually overflowing. Discipleship and leader development are often put on the back burner in favor of more pressing issues. Besides, “If you want something done right, you should do it yourself,” correct?
