Our Mission
Over 70% of pastors leave ministry within the first 10 years after their training. Theoretical education in a Bible school is often not enough to prepare young leaders for pastoral ministry, which is why here at THS, our teaching model is structured in such a way that theoretical learning can simultaneously be practically applied in one’s local placement church.
