3 YEAR DEGREE TRACK

BACHELOR OF THEOLOGY IN PASTORAL LEADERSHIP

Our Bachelor of Theology in Pastoral Leadership is a three-year, 5,400-hour program that combines deep biblical study with real ministry practice. Classes are held live online via Zoom, allowing students from around the world to learn together in community. Each course is designed to build the theological understanding and pastoral leadership tools needed to serve effectively in the local church. Students also complete a practicum in their own ministry setting—turning what they learn into impact right where they are.

Before joining THS, I began my ministry journey with Young Life in Albania. My time at THS strengthened my leadership, team-building, and strategic ministry skills. After graduating, I stepped into my current role as Country Director of Young Life Albania, where I focus on empowering leaders and expanding Young Life’s impact across my country.

When I started THS, I knew I wanted to grow closer to God and to influence people through Christian movies. THS truly taught me to put God first in every aspect of my life and to live out my faith practically in everyday ways. They also encouraged me in my passion for cinematography, helping me to see how creativity can honor God. Today, I live out my faith through storytelling—creating films that move hearts and bring people closer to God.
