BACHELOR OF THEOLOGY IN PASTORAL LEADERSHIP

TRAIN FOR MINISTRY.
EARN YOUR DEGREE.

Earn your Bachelor of Theology in 3 years through live online classes and hands-on ministry in your local church.

A Different Way to Prepare For Ministry

THEOLOGY + REAL MINISTRY

THS combines live theological education with hands-on ministry in your local church. Instead of separating the classroom from ministry experience, you do both throughout the entire three-year program.

You’ll study Scripture, theology, pastoral leadership, and practical ministry through live online classes, while serving at least 15 hours each week in your local church.

The result is a Bachelor of Theology designed to prepare you not only to know theology, but to lead, preach, disciple, and serve in real ministry.

More Than A Degree

WHAT YOU’LL LEAVE WITH

BACHELOR OF THEOLOGY
Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll earn a Bachelor of Theology in Pastoral Leadership (B.Th.).

  • A STRONG THEOLOGICAL FOUNDATION
Know Scripture and Christian theology deeply enough to think, teach, and lead biblically.
  • REAL MINISTRY EXPERIENCE
Graduate with three years of hands-on experience serving and leading in a local church.
  • PRACTICAL PASTORAL SKILLS
Leave prepared to preach, disciple, care for people, lead teams, and serve the Church.

The goal is not simply to know more about ministry. You will leave THS prepared to actually do it.

Who is THS Designed for?

THS is for people who feel called to ministry and want serious theological training while serving in their local church.

THS may be a good fit if you:

  • Feel called to pastoral ministry and want to prepare for long-term leadership.
  • Are already serving in a local church and want deeper theological and practical training.
  • Want to earn a Bachelor of Theology while gaining real ministry experience.
  • Learn best through live interaction rather than studying entirely on your own.
  • Can commit to live classes Monday–Wednesday and 15+ hours of ministry each week.
