A rigorous three-year Bachelor of Theology program combining academic depth, pastoral formation, and hands-on ministry experience.

Bachelors of Theology in Pastoral Leadership

Our Degree offering

THS Academy offers one focused academic pathway: the Bachelor of Theology in Pastoral Leadership, a 5,400-hour, three-year undergraduate degree designed for students preparing for long-term ministry. The program provides a strong foundation in biblical studies, systematic theology, pastoral leadership, and practical ministry skills, delivered through live online classes that maintain academic rigor and real-time interaction. With one unified degree track, students benefit from a coherent curriculum and consistent faculty mentorship. Each student also completes a local-church practicum, ensuring that academic learning is applied directly in ministry. For those discerning a call to pastoral leadership, this degree offers a clear, academically grounded, and practical path forward.

Fully Integrated Pastoral Training

The Bachelor of Theology in Pastoral Leadership is designed for students who desire both academic excellence and practical ministry formation. Through live online classes and guided apprenticeship in a local church, THS Academy prepares students to think theologically, lead effectively, and grow in Christlike character.

You will be trained to preach, shepherd, disciple, and build ministries that advance the mission of God in your community and beyond.
