THS Academy Application Submission Agreement

By submitting this application, I affirm and agree to the following:

1. Accuracy of Information
I certify that all information provided in this application, including written statements, uploaded documents, and personal details, is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in denial of admission or removal from the program.

2. Personal Responsibility
I understand that I am responsible for completing all required sections of this application, submitting all supporting documents, and ensuring that references are completed in a timely manner.

3. Academic and Technical Expectations
I acknowledge that THS Academy is a three-year, nine-trimester academic program requiring:
- regular attendance in online (Zoom) classes,
- consistent engagement in coursework and assignments,
- reliable internet access and a functional device for studying.

4. Ethical and Behavioral Expectations
I understand that THS Academy is a Christian institution training students for pastoral leadership. I agree to conduct myself in a manner consistent with Christian character, integrity, and respect for others throughout the application process and, if admitted, throughout my studies.

5. Communication Consent
I give THS Academy permission to contact me using the information provided (email, phone, or messaging apps) for matters related to admissions, enrollment, and academic communication.

6. Document Use and Verification
I authorize THS Academy to verify any information or documents submitted with this application, including academic records, ministry involvement, and references.

7. Non-Guarantee of Admission
I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee admission. All applicants are evaluated based on the admissions standards of THS Academy.

8. Scholarship Applications (If Applicable)
I understand that scholarships are awarded separately from admission and that submitting this application does not guarantee financial assistance.
