What to Expect
THS Academy’s admissions process is designed to help you understand the commitment of theological education while giving us the opportunity to confirm that our program aligns with your ministry goals, schedule, and academic readiness. Whether you’re preparing for full-time ministry or strengthening your theological foundation, we aim to make the process clear, supportive, and personal.
How to Apply
Step 1 — Book an Info Call
Before you apply, we invite you to meet with our admissions team. This brief conversation helps you understand the academic expectations, apprenticeship model, and weekly rhythm of the program. It’s also a chance for us to hear your story, answer questions, and help you discern whether THS is the right next step in your ministry journey.

Step 2 — Complete the Application
After your info call, you’ll receive a link to our online application. Here you’ll share your background, ministry experience, personal testimony, and academic history. This step gives us a deeper understanding of your calling and readiness for the Bachelor of Theology in Pastoral Leadership.

Step 3 — Join a Casting Call
Once your application is reviewed, you’ll be invited to a Casting Call—a group interview and orientation session where you’ll meet other applicants, interact with faculty, and demonstrate your commitment to the apprenticeship model. This is a supportive, relational conversation designed to affirm your strengths and ensure THS is the right environment for your growth.

Admissions Requirements
To join the Bachelor of Theology in Pastoral Leadership, you’ll need:
Basic Education: A completed high school education (or equivalent).
Age: You must be 18 or older.
English Ability: You should be able to read, write, and speak English well enough to follow classes.
Placement Church: You must have a local church willing to support your training and provide a supervisor.
Technology: A laptop or computer, reliable internet, and a webcam for Zoom classes.
Weekly Time Commitment: Plan for about 25–35 hours per week for classes, homework, and practicum.
